All services require either full payment or an agreed deposit before work begins. For larger projects such as website development, software systems, or business consulting projects, payments may be divided into milestone-based stages.
Refund Eligibility
Because our services involve time, strategy, design, and development work, refunds are limited to the following situations:
- If a project has not yet started, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment.
- If a project has started but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed.
- If a service has been fully delivered, refunds are generally not available.

Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project before completion. In such cases:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
- Any remaining balance may be refunded depending on the project stage.
Revisions & Client Satisfaction
Crestonic Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality services. Most services include reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Delays Caused by Clients
If a project is delayed due to the client not providing required information, materials, or feedback, project timelines may be extended. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns regarding services provided. Most issues can be resolved through communication and revision.
